J.F. Prieto Engineering provides time and material contracting services for all your grading, excavating, demolition, drilling/ doweling, backfilling, and compaction needs. All equipment is operated efficiently by qualified operators.

Labor

Specialized Labor: Equipment Operators (Skid Steers, Excavators, Roller Compactors)

Excavation-Hand Dig (*inaccessible to equipment, dig crew cuts and cleans footing/trenches systematically)

Demolition (*inaccessible to equipment, demolition of most structures)

Drilling/Doweling (Crew is capable of drilling/doweling and epoxying over 1500 holes in 1 day!)

Compaction/Backfill (Trained to compact +90%, moisture regulation, layering, geotechnical approved)
